Is it possible to use multiple RC receivers with a PX4 autopilot, so if I lose signal on the first one the second one takes over? or maybe using them simultaneously?
They have to be coordinated. So not a simple yes or no.
Spectrum receiver can support satellite units that provide similar feature as you demand, but it is one single product with multiple parts, not really “multiple receivers”.
