Motors imbalanced

Hello everyone, I am building my own quadrotorx tailsitter. When motor test begins for all motors 100% power, its getting imbalanced, right wing is going up while left wing is stable. I don’t know where the problem is. I will upload my short log, the flight is about 5 seconds.
I made ESC calibration via qgroundcontrol, it seems okay. I hope you can answer soon. Logs here:
