Hexacopter Yawing/Spinning During Mission

Verified stable flight in stabilize, position mode and did a few auto take offs and landings okay. Checked all motors are correct directions and props are correct, motors are all level.

The vehicle took off and flew to the first two waypoints and then started to spin about the yaw axis where I took over and landed it. In the logs I can see the first two motors have odd output – one high and one very low. I checked them and they seem fine, level with the frame, correct direction, correct props, etc. ESCs were calibrated. I haven’t done any tuning yet.

Any clue on what could be causing this or anything else I should check?

This motor or ESC are faulty (may-be) and first thing to run auto tute mode after you get as your wish.
