I’m slightlyhappy. I’m new to the community, but I’ve been following the incredible engineering being shared here for a while.
I am a founder spinning up a heavily backed, stealth-stage aerospace division focused on defense tech. We have strong VC backing and a top-tier budget, and our core objective is to develop proprietary, next-generation UAV platforms and foundational IP.
Right now, I am looking for a brilliant, hands-on engineer to step in as my right-hand partner and CTO.

Complete Design Freedom: You will have total autonomy to architect the airframes, choose the flight stacks, and dictate the engineering roadmap. If you need specific gear, components, or custom fabrications, the budget is there.

Direct Partnership: You will work directly with me and join me in the room with our investors to scale this division from the ground up.
