How to Enable Actuator Output in HITL Simulations on PX4

Hey Hi. Can anyone help me in enabling the actuators output on the PX4 cube orange during HITL simulations. I want to move the control surfaces while doing the simulation(gazebo). I’ve found the parameter the need to changed to activate the actuators during the HITL. But it seems not working. if (hil_enable) { armed.locked }. V1. 13.3
