How to control the initial position of Servo motors without ARM safety protection?

According to the Pixhawk servo motor video tutorial,
I find that the safety button on GPS does not work for mine.

I need to switch the SF button, which is set as ARM/DISARM.
Then, I can move the servo motors.

I want to set up the initial position of servo motors to grasp something, but
it is inconvenient to require ARM (SF button) which will makes all rotors rotate.

Can I control servo motors through FrSky controller directly without safety (ARM/DISARM protection)?
