Pixhawk / 96Boards Update

FMUv6
PX4 support for FMUv6 was merged today 
- Thanks to the work by Andrew Smith from Gumstix
- Available on the main branch, and will be part of PX4 v1.12 release
- HS-USB support will come in a future patch
DS-016 Standards document was created and lead by Andrew S.
- Document needs a review by @rroche
- Once we finalize the review we need to version it and publish it to Github
FMUv7
NXP recommends the S32K-K344 as an option for the 7th generation FMU, they are adopting the S32K3 throughout all of its designs
