FlySky iA6B (iBUS) connection to Pixhawk 6C – Can it be used on RCIN (SBUS/PPM) port?

I am using a Pixhawk 6C with firmware PX4 and a FlySky iA6B receiver (iBUS only, no SBUS).

The Pixhawk 6C has an RCIN port labeled SBUS/PPM. Since iBUS is also a serial protocol, I would like to confirm the correct connection method:

  • Can iBUS be connected directly to the RCIN (SBUS/PPM) port?

  • Or must iBUS be connected to a regular UART port (e.g., TELEM2 RX)?

I would appreciate confirmation of the correct hardware port. Thank you.

Can you share if you tested this? How did it work out for you?

I have a pixhawk 6c with px4, along with Flysky fs-i6 Remote controller. I am looking to buy a compatible receiver and it would be very helpful if you can tell me if it works or not.

I encountered a few errors when controlling via the PPM signal. I tried several control modes, and sometimes the controller seems not to work.
