Errors while saving changes to Airframe while setting up Pixhawk using QGC

Hi, after flashing the firmware for the Pixhawk, we changed the Airframe type and started seeing errors while we tried to apply and restart (“Unable to write SYS_AUTOSTART”, et c)
Since then all the params are showing errors in red and we are unable to switch back to to the earlier Airframe which we had calibrated.

It appears that the configuration on the Pixhawk/QGC has gotten corrupted.
What would be the way out of this situation?

Could anyone please suggest/explain?

The sensors have been calibrated now (Yay!)
The actuators however say in red (at the top)
“one or more actuator still needs to be assigned to an output”

Not sure what this means/ don’t know how to get rid of the error
