Enable LIDAR distance measurements for altitude estimation

Hi! According to this webpage http://dev.px4.io/flow_lidar_inav_setup.html I need to set the INAV_LIDAR_EST parameter to 1 to enable using LIDAR distance measurements for altitude estimates.

However, there is no such parameter in QGC (I tried searching, exporting all params to a file, etc.).

The LIDAR sensor is working and I am getting distance measurements over Mavlink, but the quad is still using the barometer for altitude hold as it does not follow the ground profile.

How can I enable that parameter?
