Drone Flight Issue: Flipping Over After Takeoff

Hello,

I am working on a Pixhawk-based drone and currently facing a serious flight issue. The drone takes off correctly but flips over uncontrollably shortly after and crashes. To help identify the problem, I am providing the following details:

Drone Configuration:
    Frame type: Octocopter

Checks Performed:
    Completed all calibration processes (compass, accelerometer, RC calibration).
    Verified motor directions and propeller installation.
    No customizations made to PID settings.

Expected Behavior:
The drone should take off smoothly and maintain stable, controllable flight.

Observed Issue:
After taking off, the drone appears stable for a few seconds but then quickly flips over and crashes.
