Drone Flipped and Crashed During Autonomous Mission

During an autonomous mission the drone flipped upside down and fell out of the sky. I’m having issue reviewing the log on mission planner or online tools for some reason and would like to determine the cause of the crash.

Please see attached log files and let me know if anyone can pin point where the failure occurred!
