Drone crashes after strange problem

Today i tested my setup again and in manual mode it gone around 40 kmh into trees. I done two flights and in the first one it seemed normal in altitude/manual/hold FM’s. On the second flight it started accelerating almost without control in the manual mode. Logs saying that in instantly changed its positon in yaw axis. Log is below.
