Drone Crash In Mission Mode

Hi everyone,
New to the drone world here.
During my first mission with three waypoints, I managed to crash the drone.
The drone did take off as expected, moved to the first waypoint at the programmed speed, but then violently accelerated (roughly) torwards the next waypoint, aboundatly overshooting it and crashing into a tree.
I can’t wrap my head around what might be the issue here.
The log is avaliable at: https://review.px4.io/plot_app?log=f93f608b-8757-4811-bfd2-d33fa7776bed
NOTE: the log also includes an initial manual flight mode.
Thank you so much for your help.

Hi ziozumer. I saw your post and even though I had a little different situation what caught my attention was that before, in my case, sudden flight termination in midair flight using v.1.15 on a FW with 6x autopilot the issue happening in your log at 00:04:19 happened a little different to me too. I mean the issue with the EK Filter. Just in my case two times.
[ekf2] primary EKF changed 2 (filter fault) → 1
[ekf2] primary EKF changed 1 (filter fault) → 0
and as the EKF is the default state estimator in v.1.15 it results in the crash apparently.
Did you by any chance use a companion computer or any other information that you have that might be helpful. Even though it’s still just an assumption but it looks to me like there is some issue with the px4 v.1.15.4 version somehow.
