Drone crash - Altitude Failure(roll)&Failsafe warning

Hello everyone,

I have been trying to get my drone flying using the PX4 and QGC.

I did a test run of just taking off and landing adjacently and it went fine, but when I tried to do a more complex test with mission planning (few waypoints in a pattern with differing heights - 5m for the midpoints and 3m for the takeoff and land) and it crashed.

The only errors i can see from the logs are “Altitude Failure (roll)” and “Failsafe warning”.

Are you trying to understand the errors or the cause of the crash?

The error is expected, as the drone flipped, and this causes the attitude failure. This then leads to falisafe behaviour. So everything good there.

As to why it crashed: Did you observe the crash? Anything out of the ordinary, before I start to search in the log?

The vibrations seem pretty bad, but else I do not see anything very wrong right off the bat
