Connection issue Pixhawk 2.4.8 Matlab

Hi all,
I’m trying todesign my own controller using Pixhawk 2.4.8, and “UAV Toolbox Support Package for PX4 Autopilots” library. When I reach to upload firmware step I got this error message as seen below “Firmware upload failed: waiting for bootloader version: 4”.
Note: the package force me to use px4fmu-v3_default.
Is there a solution?
