Coaxial Octocopter crash during PID tuing

I tired to manually PID tune my coaxial Octocopter. Autotuning had lead to a crash and some damage before, so I hoped I could be more careful by doing it by hand.

Unfortunately I crashed again and now I am a bit reluctant to fly, before I figured out what is the Issue.

I am using a ca. 70cm coaxial octocopter with a pixhawk 6c. Total weigth of the aircraft is 4kg, the weight distribution is a bit bottom heavy due to the large battery.
