Autotune failure

Hi, I have problem while trying to autotune in my generic x Hexacopter airframe , the flight controller is Cubepilot Orange Cube, G.P.S is here 3+ and 3dr telemetry.I tried to autotune the vehicle in position mode as it is windy, it intialized but stopped after showing a message the vehicle is not responding.Here the log files.
