VIdeo Streaming and component Id

HI,
I am trying to simulate a drone that will interact with the QGroundControl Unit using the mavlink protocol.

I am trying to stream a video from the drone to the QGroundControl Unit,
as a response to the command REQUEST_VIDEO_STREAM_INFORMATION I have sent
a VIDEO_STREAM_INFORMATION command, but with no respond.

is there a procedure that I need to do to stream a video?

I have also found that my component id has a different value then what it should be,
is there a way to change the component id value?
