Ulog files not recording for entire flight

Hi All:

Ref: PX4 v1.16.1rc running on a Pixhawk 4

My hexacopter is having flights in which the ulog file is only recorded for part of the flight. In the attached log, there is no data recorded until 18:09, then suddenly starts recording. This happened for most flights today.

Also, the first part of the mission, the part before 18:09, does not show up in the flight review. The waypoint trace is missing the first segments of the mission, which is two hexagons positioned like a figure 8.

I’ve never seen this issue before. Can anyone offer an explanation?

I notice that you have extremely high logging rates. Could it be that your SD card is full and was overwritten? Or do you maybe have too many logs and its just full?
Also, are you using a supported SD card?
