Tools for Creating Gazebo Model

Hello,

I understand how to copy and modify a vehicle for gazebo (ignition).

My question is if there are any tools / tips to make a new model. Say, a rover or a chinook type vehicle.

The best I can think of is blender, but if there are any suggestions on how to place motors and servosā€¦make everything work outside of changing sdf and/or dae files.

Just looking for tools or tip shortcuts in relation to PX4 vehicles. Thank you!
