The Tutorial is Broken

I’m trying to follow the tutorial, but get stuck on this page:
http://dev.px4.io/en/apps/hello_sky.html

the links under “Build the Application/Firmware” don’t go anywhere, it appears that the files necessary to the tutorial do not exist.

Thank you. It appears that I was working with “stable (v1.8.2)”. I’m very new here and wasn’t aware of this.
