for a project, i must fly a quadcopter with a special IMU equipped payload. This payload requires to do the classic survey scan, but keeping front of quad as forward direction and making gentle, 180° round shaped turns, keeping constant speed, just like it’s flying on an fixed wing airplane.
Is it possible with current (latest) PX4/QGroundControl stack to create such a pattern? I think the forward direction should be there, but unsure of the splined turns. Sorry i’m still new to the PX4.
