I purchased a Spektrum SPM4649T telemetry Rx for a Pixhawk 1. I cannot get it to work. Does anyone have any experience with this unit? It has a serial port with an ordinary servo connector that is supposed to plug into a serial port on the Pixhawk. I think this is the RC port. I connected it to this port, got it to bind OK, but it does not operate the drone and does not show up in QGC.
I should point out that I have been using the other Spektrum serial Rx with the small white plug that goes into the SPKT/DSM port and these work just fine.
I took this issue to Spektrum Tech Support but they have little or no experience with Pixhawks.
