Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Engineer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in robotics, aerospace, or related fields. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects in the rapidly evolving drone industry.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and test drone-related technologies and solutions.

Assist in integrating drone systems and software, including ROS, NAV2, ORB-SLAM3, and other relevant platforms.

Support troubleshooting and maintenance of drone systems to ensure optimal performance.

Contribute to the development of documentation and reports for engineering projects.

Participate in team meetings and provide input on project direction and priorities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Robotics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience with drone technology, robotics, or similar engineering projects is highly desirable.

Proficiency in C++ and other programming languages relevant to drone systems (such as Python, etc.).

Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System), ORB-SLAM3, and simulation environments (e.g., Gazebo) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
