So i know that ppm and pwm are different things but i was just wondering becaause I’m new in this.
Is it possible to control an rc boat equipped with pixhawk and a radio receiver at the same time? I don’t understand how that would be possible, because today I was trying connect a ppm encoder to my receiver and pixhawk and as I was trying to use the motors they werent working? Why is that ?
What i want to do is to launch my rc boat with the pixhawk and if something happens i want to change its control to mine. How can i do this?

Hi @Sebastian_G! Welcome to the community.
The signal from the RX goes into the Pixhawk. The servo connects to the Pixhawk.In manual flight mode the Pixhawk just relays the signal to the servo. So you would have full control from the sticks.
