QGroundControl flight mode hovering

I uploaded px4 to my drones.
Then, using the motion capture, the drone succeeded in grasping his position.
By changing the flight mode in QGroundControl, my drones hover
I want to make it.
I started the manual mode and switched to the position mode when the dron flew about 1 meter.
