dated the firmware and now seems to have erased my drone configuration
Try reverting back to your previous version.
Usually the parameters don’t get reset by themselves.
Did you do “reset all to firmware’s defaults”?
In case you did lose your settings, after reconfiguring them do “save to file” and you’ll get a .params file that you can just load up in cases like that.
I’ve tried and cant seem to get anything right

Did you do “Tools → reset all to firmware’s defaults” after flashing your old firmware?
I think I asked that but just make sure.
Then just reconfigure everything one by one
Don’t worry you wont have destroyed or messed anything up. ,)
