Pixhawk 6x Ethernet Inop

I have purchased a Pixhawk 6x with hopes to use it as the autopilot in my catamaran however my Etherenet does not seem to work out of the box. I have looked in the configuration on both mission planner and on QGroundControl to activate it but I do not see anywhere to do so. I get no activity lights when connecting it to my router.

I am currently using the Rover firmware v4.2.3 official on my 6x.
