Hello,
I am new to using PX4 and auto pilots in general. I have a recurring issue with PX4 not being able to detect any radio which I cannot solve for months.
My current setup is a radio master tx16 with a tbs micro module and a tbs nano receiver. I scoured the forums and have followed these steps:
Updated firmware for PX4 thru Qgroundcontrol
Updated tbs module through tbs client
Set RCin and CSFR settings in Qgroundcontrol to read through “Telemetry 1”
Set telemetry 1 baud to 115k to match model baud on the radio.
When I change these parameters in Qgroundcontrol i save them then disconnect and reconnect my PX4 to “reboot”
I believe that perhaps I may need to update my OpenTX on my radio but I do not think that is the problem.
My Rx Pinout is correct, but I have not taken the individual signals to an oscilloscope to check for signals coming out.
Are there anything I haven’t checked or better yet is there a standard method/setup that is used so that I may finally see some progress. My intent is to build a simple long range fixed wing. Again I am quite new to this so some obvious checks may have alluded me
