Hi

I have a bricked pixhawk 4 board. Firstly the micro usb port doesn’t power the board, I can still use the jst-gh usb port to power the board but I can’t get any data transfered and when I use dmesg i got the following output:

usb 3-4: new low-speed USB device number 8 using xhci_hcd
usb 3-4: device descriptor read/64, error -71
usb 3-4: device descriptor read/64, error -71
usb 3-4: new low-speed USB device number 9 using xhci_hcd
usb 3-4: device descriptor read/64, error -71

I’ve also tried to use the power port and a telemetry radio but i still didn’t get any data.

Oops. How did that happen?

I don’t know exactly what happened but i suspect that a short circuit happened somewhere at the usb circuit and something in the board stopped working. Is that hypothesis possible?

Presumably, I don’t know.

Unfortunately, if it is a hardware issue you need to talk to the manufacturer.
