PIXHACK BDshot fmuv3

Hi,

Question, is fmvu3 capable of using Bdshot?

I have a 16”, home made frame, with a PIXHACK 2.4.8. Setting are 4.5.7 fmuv3.

Tekko32 F4 45A ESC’s. Multistar 4112-320 motors, S4 2P (8) Li-ion INR21700-40T (flight time and weight improvement).

Having just updated it to FMUV3 All good flies just as well.

I have tried to improve the tune using the Ardupilot Filter review tool.

It is using Throttle based Notch filtering, all good, but I tried to use ESC based filtering. The setting for BDshot(300), I think are correct as my H743 BDshot settings.

Result is nothing changes and the Ardupilot Filter review tool reports no data for ESC filtering.

The data shown is identical to the Throttle based settings?

Mission Planner Status does not show ESC data on the ESCs, possible clue no data is being sent?

Am I chasing a nonviable option?

From your post, I infer that you are using Ardupilot software. Try posting it in ArduPilot Discourse, you will get support for your issues there.
