Only Actuator Outputs Instance 0 Showing Up in Ulog

We have a servo connected via the pca9685 driver. We’re able to move the servo fine and when we run “listener actuator outputs” in mavlink console, the servo’s output is reflected in actuator outputs instance 4. The problem is that when we download the log from moving the servo, only actuator output instance 1 shows up. Any suggestions to get all the actuator outputs to show up in the log file?
