New RclGo Version

Im happy to announce that I have been working on rclGo with the goal of having feature parity with rclcpp and rclpy. This picks up the great work previously done by Technology Innovation Institute.

To date I have added support for:

  • Params
  • RosTime/Clock
  • Improved QOS
