Need help on new frame configuration

Hello all,

I have recently built a frame, specs are as follows
Frame: HMF U580
Config: X4
Motor to motor: 580 mm
Battery: Tattu 4S 10Ah
Motoros: T Motor BW
Props Size: 13x5
Flight Controller: 3DR Pixhawk
Propellers: T Motor Antigravity ML 2814
Software : PX4 Dev 1.5.1

by looking at this log where I tried to manually takeoff from the ground but failed because of CCW yaw motion could anyone deduce something maybe so obvious that I am currently missing?
