I turned SYNCT=0 when using Gazebo simulation and turned it to 1 when connecting to hardware on my Ubuntu24.04 PC&Jazzy.
But just cannot communicate when I switch to Jetson Ubuntu20.04&foxy. So I turned it back to =0, THEN EVERYTHING FLOWS SMOOTHLY.
