Kill engaged but motor didn't t stop

Setup:
Airframe: Generic 10" Octo coaxial geometry
Hardware:CUAV_X7PRO
PX4 version: v1.16.0 (RC)
Position Source: VIO

Drone takes off in offboard mode and follow predefine waypoints before landing hover in position mode 0.2m above ground. Kill switch engaged multiple time but the motor does not stop. even the Flight Mode does not change


I inspected the log but did not find the reson which cause this issue
