I/O error on pixhawk 6c

Hello everyone,

I am using a Pixhawk 6C flight controller and I am currently facing an issue with the IO board.

The problem is that the IO (B/E IO) LED keeps flashing red continuously, and no PWM signal is output from the IO MAIN OUT ports. Because of this, the motors connected to MAIN OUT do not respond.

Firmware flashing works normally, and the flight controller boots correctly. However, PWM output from MAIN OUT is not available.

This flight controller was working and flying normally before, and the issue appeared later. I did not intentionally hot-plug any cables or change the wiring significantly.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem with Pixhawk 6C?
Is this a known IO hardware failure, or is there any possible recovery or diagnostic method?

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much.

Which PX4 version have you flashed? What is the startup output? You can open the MAVLink console in QGC and then run dmesg and copy the output here.
