I’m testing PX4 for the first time, and have made good progress.
I read through the documentation on Power, and I’ve properly calibrated my current sensor. Its interesting that the focus is on voltage drop - rather than amperage utilization. Fortunately, both are supported together.
Right now, the Battery on QGC shows a very rapid decline in the percentage available, and then once below about 40%, it decreases very slowly.
Below are my current settings. Can someone please suggest changes that might make the percentage battery show up in a more linear fashion?
I monitor current usage on QGC - so I know the gap between actual power consumption and reported percentage is quite large at first.
