How can I fix the tremble of the vehicle?

I’m testing a new quad drone vehicle. The vehicle weighs approximately 14 kg. If you look at the logs below as 3D View (Camera Tracks Vehicle) you will see that there is trembling. I am trying to solve by adjusting the PID, but the shake does not disappear.
I ask you to advise which part you should adjust more.
