is the holybro pixhawk 6c suitable for 30 inch drone with 10 kg payload, is there any problem for ekf stability, /vibration imu, etc

The choice of flight controller model is mainly about what features you need - not the type of vehicle.
Vibration etc. should always be adressed in the design of the vehicle, not mitigated within the flight controller (be it damping or software).
However, if you know that your platform does not perform well, or has enormous amounts of vibrations, I would consider not using the Pixhawk6C.
