I am using M10Q Foxeer GPS in a Px4 14.XX stack and trying to perform a mission flight, but I notice the GPS drifting on its accord and also am using a SIK telemetry where the heading of the UAV is not making any sense. And I havent enabled the external mag option. Please let me know on how can I go about it ??

I used this GPS with the Holybro’s Kakute H7 V1.3 flight controller.
If you using this flight controller, you might need to set the CAL_MAG0_ROT
to 27 (pitch 180, yaw 270).
Same issue as Kakute H7 - weird external compass orientation.
