Fixed wing engine control by planned autonomy fly

Hi all, I am thinking to assemble a fixed wing with pixhawk to use in photography, but I’m looking for a very precise stabilized fly in the moment the phoyo is taken.

Anyone can tell me, if is it possible to stabilize and shutoff engine in the moment the photo is required to be taked in accordance the planned fly?

If somebody have any best idea or experience I’ll be very gratefull if tell me more about my objetive.
