ERROR [uxrce_dds_client] create entities failed

I am trying to setup PX4 SITL with ROS2 Humble and XRCE-DDS Gazebo simulation on Ubuntu 22.04 by following all steps in PX4 User manual.
However, I cannot establish my agent/client connection. When I run the command “make px4_sitl gz_x500”, my simulation starts properly, but when I launch the XRCEAgent: “MicroXRCEAgent udp4 -p 8888”, it stops and the following error appears in my first terminal:
