Does HITL support distance sensor (rangefinder)?

Hi all,
I’m attempting to mimic a distance sensor or rangefinder for HITL, however, I was not able to find the distance sensor in HIL_SENSOR or HIL_DISTANCE_SENSOR.
Is there any workaround to simulate a distance sensor for HITL?
