Controller Connectivity Issue

I’m working with a Holybro x650, Pixhawk 6c, and radiomaster GX12. In the radio menu, I cannot get the controller to be recognized by QGC to complete the pairing. The main error message I get is “radio not ready, please turn on the transmitter.” Yet I’m plugged into the Pixhawk, and my controller is successfully connected to the drone.

Did you enable the proper driver for your communication protocol?
And what protocol are you using?
Did you set the port of the RC input correctly (if applicable, depending on RC).
