Is it Possible to control any Servo connected to an AUX Channel with an USB Joystick? I Only found the way to use the Gripper therefore I have to use Stabilized Mode
You need a custom or off-board control API firmware to control the server through the actuator.
Sounds like quiet some work, I thought maybe I can control also the Engine KillSwitch or menace RC-Switch with my usb joystick for my gas engine uavs
On the PX4 side we’re ready for AUX over MAVLink since Support MAVLink MANUAL_CONTROL.aux extension by MaEtUgR · Pull Request #22108 · PX4/PX4-Autopilot · GitHub, but I guess implementation on QGC is still missing (you need to be able to assign joystick sliders/buttons to AUX1…AUX6).
Thanks @sfuhrer . FYI @DonLakeFlyer
Indeed, I hoped to be able to use the USB-Joystick via QGroundControl to be able to control a AUX connected servo like I am able to do it with the AUX Passthrough. Because I can steer gimbal and switch from FW to MR and back, but I can not Kill the enginge, therefore I need a different radio
