Component 125 (HERE3 UAVCAN) isn't starting on custom flight control

  1. He there, tried to install PX4 on my custom flight control.
  2. It’s installed and IMUs and MAG with BAROs working well
  3. But CAN port didn’t initialized correctly, it gives 5V to UAVCAN module, but didn’t initialized it.
  4. On Ardupilot it works correctly.
