Cannot control position with stick input on Position Flight mode

Hi all,

I’m working on indoor multicopter using PX4Vision Devkit v1.5 frame.
While I was trying to fly it for the first time outdoors, I could not control the uav with RC input on Position flight mode. Then it automatically switched to Hold flight mode

I found errors below in the flight log:
Unknown event with ID 16877552
Unknown event with ID 33070083
Unknown event with ID 23905190
Unknown event with ID 18963520

I am using berely modified (only enabled irlock) v1.13.1 fimware. GPS, optical flow, and multirotor drag were fused to position estimation.

Any advice would be much appreciated!
