Anyone wanting to pioneer the PX4 toolchain in Windows bash?

Hi,

We don’t have the cycles to do this in the core team, but does anyone feel like setting up the PX4 toolchain in the windows bash shell and creating instructions for it?

I’m talking about the new bash shell in Windows 10, not our old Windows toolchain.
